Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with names, colours and special messages to make them extra meaningful. Drop us an email after you place your order and we will sort it for you!

Absolutely! We donate 10% of all profits to a Type 1 diabetes charity to support children and families living with the condition.

We handcraft your orders with love! Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

If you need to make changes, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@happyedit.co.uk. After this time, your order may already be in production.

• Personalised items – unfortunately, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a fault.

• Non-personalised items – you can return them within 14 days in their original condition for a refund or exchange.
